How to get a Russian B.O.

1- Click the 'New' button to get a new sailor.
2- Name said sailor
3- Raise said sailor to level 12
4- Class said sailor as Soviet, and then as Bridge Operator

*same can be done for soviet crew*
Bam. You just got yourself a mighty fine Soviet BO.
