Oops, forgot to class sailors...

I have gunners that are late by a few levels. I got the class up available sign, but when
I went to look, the one I was going to class them as was many levels ago.
Is this really bad? I don't know what to do

He'll hit the accuracy and reload cap sooner or later. There isn't that much of a problem
once you hits those caps (which are among the easiest of the caps to reach, eg, SD)
