  • "X" number of skilled sailors have increased message

Hi,

I get this message sometimes when I shoot down the planes... Ok I udnerstand that
my sailors gain experts... I only wish to know which sailors gain these experts.. Do only
AA ing sailors gain these experts or are they distributed randomly in crew ?

The only way to tell would be to keep track of the number of experts on each sailor and
check after the game.

Random I reckon although I know its not just given to the AA Gunners.
