I've noticed, as compared to my UK crews, and even a US one that I previously had
before SN came out. that I'm getting less exp than I should be. I have a BO, at level,
getting only a token amount of exp in either blitz or gb2 games, no matter how much
damage I do. with my UK crew, which is 8 levels above the current ship they're on (Sub
crew working on a Sirius CL while I level some additional sailors up for other crews),
gets double the exp than my SN crew.
