If you are not pleased with a product irl, you switch to a similar product or just stop
using it. You need to do the same here. If you are not pleased with the user support and
you've lost a Premium ship in a patch, stop paying for premium stuff, or just stop playing
NF altogether.

I think the only "rule" is to give back money for any premium subscription that was
bought but not used due to the game not allowing use. Other than that, oh well if they
go bankrupt.

They make plenty of money. Premium subscription is a HUGE money maker for them. Will
they go bankrupt? Yes, but not soon. Just think of the FPS series that sounds like a fish.
They have the money to keep the last few games up on MP while still making new
games. Why can't SDE do the same?

The one interesting question I would ask is what rights do we have as consumers?

If SDE decides that NFNA is no longer finanically viable and wants to close it, what rules
are there which govern this or could they simply remove the servers without any problems?

nobody is forcing u to pay to play this game. u only wanna pay because u wanna be
a better player in the game.

The game using small payments now to play for the servers. Yes you do not have to
pay. But a lot of player lot ships they had paid for in the server merge. And some
have hole fleets the cannot use at all. Event ship they cannot us and SDE say tuff
every one is in the same boat.
