Bottom right.

This should come with the MN (possibly SN) balance patch.

P.S. SN balancing thread is now open in the test server forum.

@elnoble and others

there is a way to rearrange ships in harbour. I wrote about it some time ago, right after
SDE introduced HQ.

I recall that happening to me in a 1v1 in BB1s a loong time ago audessy. I was in
Scharnhorst vs a Kongo. Needless to say the battle ended shortly afterwards -_-

I'll finally have video proof of my seva (25/42) @ 25 knots using OH and never recovering
OH for the rest of the duration of the battle.
(Solution is 24 knots but now I'll know which battles it bugs out)

Wheew, thought I was the only person with that problem. Sometimes I completely stop
the ship in hopes that it will reset it but I'm not really sure if it works.

Hate when that happens... Or when you are a half knot into your OH but your gauge dosnt
light up.

I'll enjoy it just for the fact that I'll be able to detect an overheat bug. I get them
sometimes... Not sure if anyone else does.

Here's what happens somtimes.

I'll go into overheat for about 30 seconds. I'll go to use it again a minute later and I'm
completely out of overheat. Even keeping my speed a knot or 2 under max non-OH speed the whole time.

Personally I would rather rely on instincts to know more or less when I'm running
low in OH. What panda said is true, this will make things alot easier for the players
that know what they are doing, but for the clueless majority... I dont see much
difference.

One more tool to help people who want to develop great play habits and battle awareness.
Obviously that isn't everyone, but that's no reason not to add stuff like this. =)

That's good for my weak engineer:D
I can decide when I should run more precisely

It's not gonna improve overall skill, except maybe those that already know how to play.

People who play terrible aren't capable/will refuse to use it.
The change is alright though.
