(1) When a player cant kill something and they believe it is out of balance to the game,
and thus ask for a reduce in its overall performance. Example: "ZOMG I cant kill a hood,
what do they want me to do use Skill? Feck it i'm going to go get my sub."

(2) When a player cant kill something and they believe it is out of balance to the game,
and thus ask for a increase in its overall performance. Example: "ZOMG I cant kill a Lion
2 in a H44, what do they want me to do use Skill? Feck it i'm going to go get my sub."

(3) When a player who uses subs and other Overpowered ships comes to the suggestion forums
and whines. Example: OP.

The only way the Hood is any good is if you have Lvl 100+ crew on it, with the (I
believe to be- correct me if im wrong) L1 guns.

But honestly... this isn't really a suggestion... I think this dude is just trying to leech
the fourm to get a higher level rank on the fourm... I say ban him from fourm use.
Because really... the level on the fourms doesn't matter.. you get nothing for it... and
there is nothing bad about having a low level.
