Yes the b65 is a paper ship, but all IJN ships are that way and are that way for balance
reasons. The B65 is definately a fast ship easily getting into the mid 40s. The aa is the
same setup as the amagi, which has arguably the best setup for aa on a bb6. The arguement
is not range on the b65 as well, since all IJN ships don't have great range, they have
medium range.

The arguament on the b65 is that the hitbox needs to me smaller and the ship needs to be
skinnier like the sevas, or AD. Although SDE is never going to do that expecially how
busy right now that they are working on balancing the SN and MN lines.

LEARN HOW TO PLAY IT! It's as simple as that. If you learn how to play it well... you
win. So there is nothing that needs to be done to it. It's just you.

why whould we not upgraded it
