SD problem help pls

Frollo	I play US line of BB ships, I got in my current ship 6 supports.. 3 days ago my SD soft defence hit value of 666 after that I gained many levels and my sailors got more vets and experts and they had more ability but my sd does not improve it is stuck at 666
