Allow TeamChat During Countdown of battle room

baba92	I suggest we can use teamchat during countdown. because currently when u type /t text here during countdown, it doesnt show up. it will give a message "team chat can only be used during battle" why only during battle? why not allowed during countdown? here several situations 1. all cv north(fail) 2. no bb5 south(fail) 3. dd took bb spot(epic fail) with this function we can (during countdown) 1. ask the cv to come south 2. to ask bb5 come south 3. to remind the team they got bb6 or whatever i hope u understand. sorry bad english

baba92	why do you need team chat to remind the team the enemy has a bb6 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- because with this function, we can ask more bb5 to be at south. some people afk during waiting room and only come to his desktop/laptop during contdown, and they does not know what the enemy got. timing is everything

RequiemBob	True, but not everyone is attentive while waiting, many tab out and then listen for the beeps to retab into game. This system would be quite effective, reccd.

Happymeal2	It would be useful, but i have to ask: why do you need team chat to remind the team the enemy has a bb6? The enemy already knows they have it so its not exactly a secret.
