I don't on my QV crew as of about 2 weeks ago, but my Kaiser crew is short on 3 of my 4 reps.

That said, I don't use Kaiser except in BB1-6 rooms and HA so my KM crew gets no XP... I
also prefer Engine OH Time and Speed to repair so if I do use something lower tier, I
always use 4 Engys and fill up the rest with Reps.

How are you still getting exp on your BB6 crew splid?

As splid said its not entirely earned. Upper tiers tend to be mostly earned, but some
shared is still in effect, while it is the opposite for low tiers. At the end it doesnt
matter though, 300k attack in a bb1 wont get you too much less than 300k in a bb3.

I believe that the tier effect is still in effect. For example BB1 get lots of shared,
not much earned and BB6 get no shared, but lots of earned. It isn't as simple as "All BBs".

This is why when I do 300k attack in a BB6 I end up with 40k XP. Beacuse my hard earned
XP is being taken away and given to people who can't play the game.
