Not only there is a reason why ships have certain gun spaces, but there is a reason why
ships are meant to be balanced too and not overpowered.

There is a reason why ships have the gunspace they do.

The County is not a York, the york has a play style of a fast cruiser, the County has a
play style of an armored Cruiser, if you are to play the County place armor and use your
angles.

Also, use high angles on the dual 8"'s, 55-70 degrees does 700+ per shell.

Changing the County as you say would make the York less useful.
