Like the title says, I dont really see a point for making this happen,submarines
should stay in HA as they are.

If you are struggling with submarines in HA:

- Just get more PHH on your BB6 or any BB or cv.
-get some ASW in your team and make them patrol your area
-get more submarines to play defensive in your team.


Con Against the idea Limit the SS per HA room:

-If team has many submarines players, the one that wants to play, cant enter and
has to wait until that room is over, remember that you cant play other rooms unless
you are told by officer of your fleet. Isnt this a bad idea enough, that you waited
hours to play HA and they cant because the room is fulled with 6 submarines 3 per
side, and they have to wait 15 minutes, i know what your answers are going to be:
Play somehting else, now let me tell you this: let the ones that play better cv/bbs so
it cannot wasted that spot, and so how about the SS player? stay out of HA because
you dont want more ss in Ha? Come on, are you serious?

then limit BB6s per room if you want to limit SS's.
