I am suggesting an PECV that is a prem cv something like a cv 2.5 or 3.5 depending
on the nation. This will provide something prem for cv drivers since Pbbs are around
lvl 60-lvl 70. The Pecv should be the cost of a Pca since its not as good as a pcv. Im
not sure how you upload pictures (will be great help if someone told me) but my
ideas for the:
U.S pecv: Ranger Class Cv (4) somewhere between indy and yorktown in dp and
aircraft capacity. EDIT: Possibly Casablanca class CVE.
Ijn: Soryu, sister ship to hiryu, somewhere between ryujo and hiryu in dp and
aircraft capacity.
U.K: Furious Class, basically a version of the Courageous that had less dp and looks
like a ryujo, wasnt sure where this one should go considering collosouss and
courageous are really close by lvl compared to the other nations.
Edit: K.M: Hms Audacity, yeah it was a british escort carrier(xD), but it started off life
as a German ship (just an idea probably better to come up with some fictional ship).

For other nations i couldnt find actual cvs that existed so maybe that may be
something against this idea but there are tons of fictional ships on NF anyway.

Ok so for some of the nations the gap between Cv2 and 3 is kind of big ie IJN ryujo
to hiryu is 13 lvls. U.S was 10 like erad said up there.
A PECV would provide:
A. novelty factor like emma9 said
B. in response to erad saying that somebody could do 10 lvls...well not everybody is
like you, yes I did the grind from ryujo to hiryu but it would have been nice to have
an between.
C. allows the chance for some ships which should have been in NF the oppurtunity,
ie the soryu (it pissed me off that you have 5/6 ships that attacked pearl harbor and
you don't have the last one).
D. allows SDE to get some more money (...those jerks ;D)
E. a PECV could have more flight deck capability, armor, plane capacity, or more pilot
slots.(then cv 2) This would make it better than the cv2 but make it slightly better or
equal in aspects of a cv3. So in essence it is better than the cv2.

I know that some nations have a cv2 right next to cv3 in lvl but if you have one of
these for one nation you would need them for all. People would still buy it for the
premium ship advantage anyway.
