If you want to skip SS1-2-3 , you can level all of them ,normally classed, in a Kita.

Do NOT delay sonar. They are the most valuable member of the sub. The sub who
sees the enemy first almost always wins.

Planesman seems to eventually cap out. They are nice to have, but would wait on
him if you have to wait on someone.

You may want to ask your ex fleetmate hanyi, who used to get the KM SS3/4 with
900 SD and faster repair rate of 200+


Torpedoman is pretty easy to delay, since the cap is outrageously easy to achieve.

Sonar is also an excellent choice.

important things you need to remember:

- Keep in mind the level cap between sailor and ship.
-Keep in mind the more vets and experts the better it works on your ss4.
-i do think torpedoman has to be same level as ss4.

the more vets in your ss4, the performance will be greater.
