well i have not made a suggestion in a while so here is a ramdom one i came up
with.

basically its like chaos mode, I game room type that is the same as gb1 but all sailors
have no ability! It would not be a serious but more just for fun mode, and im sure the
exp would be worse too. The level of sailors would still determine what ships and
guns you can use, but other then that everyone is even:

all guns have extremely crappy spreads, BB engines go slower then DD ones, no SD.

theirs many things that would have to be ajusted, off the top of my head i can think
of:

-some sort of penalty for taking recruits off your sailors to save weight simply for this
mode. (cheap)
-aircraft for everyone would need to have a bit of ability because otherwise they
cannot shoot down any other aircraft.

idk, just a random idea. thoughts?
