All sailors contribute to repair... The rep cap is 280db/s which only UK can hit it...

Now assuming all your crew have minimum 100 vets:

If you go for 2 reps (assuming u hv 8 engies) : You must have EBVE repairers and ur
engies has min +10 rep growth. Your Repaires must have max vets.

If you go for 3 reps (assuming u hv 7 engies) : You must have +12 rep growth on ur
repairers and ur engies have +10 rep growth. Repaires must have atleast 120 vets

If you gor for 4 reps (assuming u hv 6 engies): All you need is +11 rep growth on ur
repairers and ur engies have +10 rep growth. Repairers have 100 vets.

More engies give you more OH time. Pick one you like...

So 2 is not enough. Wow this will take a long time to train sailors as my sailors for BB
is now lvl 62

You're then not a knowledge bb6 player enough.

3 lvl 120 +12 with 120 vets BE with 7 engies BVE will reach the cap at 280db/s

Keep in mind that you will eventually need a total (including BO) of 14 sailors for BB6.
As such, you can configure your crew any way you feel is effective as long as you have
a scout somewhere in the mix.
