you have one available slot for the guns. For kita, you don't have gun space, no suitable
guns also, so you can use it as a seaman or repairman.
In my kita i can only mount one lvl86 engineer, bo and 2xtorpedoman.

so it doesnt matter at all if you class or not. If you want to reach the cap sooner, go

use 3 eng in support

dont bother with seaman, they boost so little (like 3% for a lvl 100 seaman) that its
not
worth it for such a small crew on a kita

use a restorer or a rep in the last slot, or whatever. More SD helps you live longer
