Buying a BO would defeat the purpose of the game.

Nope. You can't buy BOs, radio men, some neutral sailors (correct me if I'm wrong)
,unclassed national sailors, (aka sailors you've given a nation but haven't classed into
BO, arnament, special force, etc) or the sailors with yellow-colored names.

Besides, being able to sell BOs would ruin the game since no one would bother to level
and would just wait for someone else to level a BO for them.
