just wondering why? why? why? does tactical still have to count up... slowly....

i was "just" in an AA vs All game.. with like 50 bb6 and was curious what the tactical
would end up on... i had time to go make a sandwich and a dump before it settled
on 600 odd mill...

and as a side note... i had 0 attack that game, and still got 1160xp ... i have
premium, so might count for the 1k, but the rest 160?? thats about half my average
gain back in at lvl D-land in beta :D

i have long ago given up on figureing out how to stack shared xp, but this one
amused me
