So you need another salior 12 or above to class as a Bridge Officer to buy an US ship.

Make him US. class bridge officer, shp fletcher then you will be able to buy a Fletcher.

Sorry but the saliors already classed can not be changed to Bridge Officers short of NF actually getting into the data base and doing it by hand. :-(

OK let me see if I understand:
1. All your saliors are level 17 US?
2. No cls tab to change them ?

Did you class them after making them US?

It sounds like you may have classed them all and not made one a Bridge operator.

Just a note for you also. IF they are not classed and level 17 plan on going back and getting some new saliors some day and leveling them up to replace your current ones so they will have all the stat. advantages that come with on time promotion.

you need to select an american sailor then upgrade him again to Bridge Operator then put him in charge of you ship (put him in the slot closest to the control tower) and you can then go to A US harbour

did you gave a job to all? then you are doomed to have to lvl a new sailor. if you didnt its a bug and you should send a mail to TNF.

Well thats wierd, once your sailors become level 12 or 13 (not sure which), you have the ability to choose their nationality as well as their position

By clicking on the CLS button underneath the sailor, you should be able to choose from the following :

Bridge Operator , Radioman, Support, Gunner

Im not sure what the problem is, but good luck :)
