OK. Here's the current deal
lvl 34 you get Sirius, lvl 45 you use york til repulse. lvl 70 you get nelson. End of story.

However, there are 2 issues with this...
A. you are in a cl1 until lvl 45.
B. York is a lvl 37 ship
C. There is the randomness of the surrey.
D. NOBODY gets the hood

Here's how to deal with this
fixing ABC
Make the Surrey the base model at lvl 37. Make it cost between 350 and 550k. Make the york a remodel of Surrey at lvl 43/45 for 280k-80k (dependent on surrey purchase price).
This way, The surrey can use the Trip 6 L right when you get it, and be decent since it has 4 turrets. At lvl 40 you get the dual 8, and lvl 42 the L version. Then people who want york can convert at 43 with the trip 8 N or 45 with the trip 8 L. The york is UTTERLY useless until lvl 43. the surrey will not be, however, it's a lvl 44 or so remodel.. which is just dumb considering that's one lvl before trip 8.

fixing D
Give the Hood a scout and a remodel. Maybe reduce the size of the hood. Remodels for Hood could be the Vanguard or the Hood 1944. Possibly nerf quad 14.
