Ability to turn when going backwards

neonlite148	I think this would be great! finally whenever you hit a rock and instead of taking a ton of time to go backwards then forwards again to turn the beign able to turn when going backwards would be a lifesaver! i mean thats not all. whenever you slowdown to wait for the torpedoes to go, and theyre still heading for you, wouldnt it be great to just reverse and turn to avoid the torpedo?

jamze	Most ships of some size are equiped with bow thrusters to help with low speed mobility i.e moving about in port and removing yourself from rocks. I'm not sure that these were available in ww2 or not.
