As a veteran forum junkie in many a mmorpg/strat game/forum, I've seen both the "Frequently Suggested" thread stickied at the top, as well as the "Frequently Asked Questions" (technical help).

Hopefully, these two threads can help cut down on the repeat offender posts. I really hate to see the same suggestion topic 4/5 times a day started by new people.

I also suggest that they link the best suggestion thread in the "frequent suggestion" thread, so that people can add their comments to just one thread, rather then continually start new ones. Possibly even having a forum mod set that thread up, so that its possible to keep the forum recomendation points unattained?

Just a suggestion, I think it might help the forum's stay a little more uncluttered.
