They are currently nerfing (making less dangerous) the jap ships, this includes the
torp lines and the cv oyodo.

oyodo is good though....coz beside she can be a cv she also can lauch torp and have
a gun gun. onther things is oyodo can run fast as a cv so its easier to dodge db

actually they just put the torps/bomb space together.. but if you want torps you can't
have that many bombs....
Still sucks though

I heard they halved oyodo's bomb capacity... to 28...
