I think that the max speed should be introduced to all ship so we get rid of all these
speedboats, It's just silly to see a 1500ton WWII destroyer do 80!!! knots. A max
speed on all ships that CANNOT be surpassed, not even if you only use a BO with 1
sailor should be introduced. If you compare it to land speeds 80 knt destroyers
would be like seeing the local ferry overtake cars on the costal highway.
