kozak	I currently have German crew and looking to switch to Brits. I've trained the gunners but I think i converted them late to become brits/arm sailors/gunners. Currently (lvl 30) their ability for accuracy is something like 311. Can someone tell me if this is ok, or should I just dismiss them and start over. Base stats were 11/10 Thanks

sdp1	Did you leave them neutral til lvl30 or did you convert them to arm sailors earlier? 11/10 base convert to arm at lvl 12 gives 19/18 growth. So you lost 80/80 ability points up til lvl 22. convert to gunners at lvl22 gives: 23/22 growth. So you lost 96/96 between llv 22 & 30. Total: 176/176 points down on what they could have been. If my maths is right (cmiiw).

kozak	They are a new crew but I believe I converted them too late thus losing some accuracy/reload points. I can't find the formula for total ability.

tyson420	if you have a german crew theres no where for you to cahnge them into brits if you want to play brits you have to start new crew
