  • Out of Bounds aka Retreating.

I have noticed that a tactic to escape damage is to run up into the OOB area of the
map and then come back in the farthest area possible before time runs out.

Yes ... I admit that sometimes it is an accident to hit that area. But tonight I watched
a guy ......shepard........ do it repeatedly to escape a barrage of torpedo's.

Here is the scenario that took place.

Fubuki launches a spread of 12 torpedos (Gradual Fired). The DD runs out of bounds
and turns west. comes back in bounds about an inch over. The torps in the mean
time have been nerfed out and the DD is shooting and sinking the Fubu.

Best part is that the fubu can't even see where the DD is because he is
technically "retreating".

Propose you decrease the OOB by an inch - mark it with a red line and that is where
you start the count. Not wait until the player is completely out of sight and gaining
an advantage.
