the "kuma" class cruisers were built with 32 torpedo launchers. the were known
as "toppedo cruisers"

A whole lot more than we need now.

Easy to dodge? Try saying that to a kamikaze fubu that border hugged and got
behind you while you're distracted firing down range (the opposite way). You can't
dodge/out run some of those. Not in a CA or above. Yes, you can keep an eye for
them. But you can't be aware at all times. And I, as a partime fubu TW, am rather
thankful for that.

I can never believe how people still cling to the idea "My nation has an advantage,
don't try to nerf it! It's the only thing we have!" Fine, you have an advantage, good
for you. But if everyone gets, say, a +1 short sword, a +1 buckler...and then you
come out with a +8 Vorpal, keen, dancing sword of firey blast, there's something
wrong.

Not all advantages are equal.

All though this isnt a suggestion, I do agree with the post... Japanese had the best
torpedos in WW2 hands down, hats off, bar none, no competition...

Yes...very well said. Although I'm not a tw, I'm pretty good at torping and I could become
one at anytime. Plus, I'm good at dodging torps :)

only 1 or 2 hits from my tb and its easy exp.. :D

I agree. I love the jap tw. They give me lots of exp when i hove 5" he up there torp
launchers:)
