Converting neutural to japs at high lvl

romantic8236	Is there any risk of wasting the sailor at high lvl? I want to convert my neut at lvl33 so that i can try the jap cv,but i am afraid the guy will be lack of potential to be the bo at that lvl. Because i have lvl27 american neut and i can't make him a bo now(is it because i have already have two usa bo's? or something else) I want to be sure what's the latest lvl that i can go for without converting the sailor to jap sailor then convert it at higher lvl At the moment i am working on four special forces with great attention Thanx for your help

romantic8236	But why i can't convert my lvl27 Usa Neut sailor to Bridge operator?When i click to chose him as bo,game doesn't allow me to chose him as bo!(it'S shown in shadow colour)

ypsylon	If you asking about BO it really doesnt matter when you convert him. Just find +14/+15 potential with good rep/rest and its ok. BO sailor is the only exception from converting sailors for specific task. It can be converted later but you still lose (not much) some potential.

SteelfireX	Converting a neutral to a CV BO is fine because potential doesnt matter, but if you want to use him for a gun ship, you must raise him right..
