This was going to just be a topic about sailors.... but I think there's more at issue here
then just that.

To put it bluntly, most of Navy Field's UIs blow.

I'm not talking about actual combat--that works fine--but almost every other interface (or
lack thereof) in the game just sucks. There are no chat channels. No easy way to get from
one shipyard to another. The trade interface is clunky. Moving around the map could be
made much easier. There simply isn't an options or configuration menu.

Add things like a tutorial that is missing a lot of key elements (how many noobs have
asked you how to fire torps?) and a complete lack of in game help, and you have game that
is confusing and difficult to master. Back to sailors... you're entirely oblivious to
almost every aspect of them when you start! Potenial? Verterans? Huh? Even the section on
sailors at trainsworld is next to useless.

I'm level 39 and I just found out what engineers do last week.

Maybe people accept this sort of thing in Asia, but over here...

This game needs to be more accessible if it's going to succeed in the North American
market. Granted, some of what I mentioned will no doubt be change/fixed by the time it
goes retail, but there are some serious *systemic* issues. The whole system of sailors
needs a huge overhaul in my opinion, so it's easier to understand and actually makes
sense. In game help (please get a native english speaker to write it! No offense, but if
it's going to be of any use...) would go along way to helping that too, among other things.

Ok, I'm done ranting... go ahead and tear apart my arguements...

The complicated trade made me loose money, someone robbed me while trade I
tried to buy points and I lost 10k credits and got 0 points though I remembered ti
showing 100k points in the trade window, all I know is we traded and proof no 100k
points -10k credits and person left room instently. People take advantage of the
complicated trade and i'm one example I guess.

I fully agree with the statement, I found out most of what I know in this game by
trial and error, it would be good to have a bit more noob friendliness

Well... Yes you are right, but in the last weeks they habe done some usefull steps
into the right direction.

I guess more Noob-friendly features, helptexts and tutorials will be added in the
near future.
