I got a Kberg recently, i'm at lvl 36. i was wondering when can i get a scoutplane onto my
ship?

you can always buy a rookie scout.... i've got a spare lvl26 guy with 11 airplane stats...
also got 11 fighter or bomber i think... make an offer

Level 25 for scout... nto far too go.

Howeverm once you got a rookie you have to put him on the dock-slots to be able to
use the planes.

bah, well my special forces is lvl 20... man it's slow for him to lvl up...
