OK I see why people would have a no torp room, the whole wall of torpedoes is a real pain in the backside. But, not allowing you to take part in a battle because you have a launcher is a real pain too. If you want to enter the battle you have to remove/sell your launcher(s) and then go back and try to get in a room that is by now probably locked. Wouldn't it be far better to allow anybody into the battle and just disable the ability to fire torps from any mount on the ship. That way you aren't wasting time and money buying and selling equipment to enter the battles. For those people who have nothing but torps on their ships, tough luck, they become cannon fodder for the gunners!
