Look all room host will agree the biggest pain in the arse is trying to balance the teams we need some form of auto balance button that will balance on Ship Type/Tonnage/Player Level !!!!!!!!

This is a great idea. I have spent way too much time sitting in a room waiting to start simply because idiots dont know how to balance the sides. Its simple, if you outnumber the other side 2:1 then maybe you should switch.
