My Destroyer won't crew!

staffsgt	Have a one lvl 7 sailor, few lvl 6 sailors, and a few other lower ones. Seems however that my Neutral distroyer won't take any of them as crew. I drag them to the positions and get a message that says: "Failed In Controlling Forces" Any ideas?

rolleso	thanks for helping the new player. Yes, pls check on your weight(Disp) for your ship, you don;t have enough weight left to hold your sailor on board. How to solve that: 1) choose the lighter gun on board 2) reduce some of the armors (if u have)

toldun	You get that message when adding the sailors puts it over the max disp. or if the sailor is to low to command the ship (only for the BO slot) and something else which I cant remember off hand.
