What to concentrate now.

Flagship	Hello fellow kriegmariner. I have z1 now, and a bit over 20k credits, BO almost lvl 18. What should I do, sell armor on my boat(0.3 inch belt, 0.2inch deck) and get better weapons(now 4.1"singles...get doubles) to my z1 or do I have enough money to change my z1 to z31 which is now possible for me? Please help to my simple question, I appriciate your help. Thank you.

SirDante	Selling your ship you will afford it, most probably. IMO, put all your efforts in the offensive power and what remains of your displacement in armor if you wanna be protected. I never use armor below CA level because i prefer speed.
