Older ones were European Air War, and Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe, this one, the best
game that I ever play (in my old 286) with X-COM 1 and some few more like Panzer General
and War in the Pacific.

lol boomer i figured there was something wrong... in IL2 series there's everything you
wanna do if you're a realistic freak, from choosing the radiator position to the fuel
mixture... i was wondering how much more realism did you want LOL.

glazba, I also ran that game and was one of several that intrroduced many mods for
that game. I gave it up a couple years ago. I also helped out on the He-162 cockpit
for Oleg (along time ago) when Il-2 was fresh out. The realism in that sim was very
nice, but the low potential for online play detered me from continuing it. Aces High is
another online flight sim (theater of ww2 planes only, and ground units) Pretty fun,
played for 3.5 years before switching off flight sims.

Your best bet right now (since most that come out are arcade like) is to wait for an
online community to spring up. SWOTL was awesome, the second release plain old
sucked donkey.

Yes I have played pacific fighters and it OWNS...I was thinking of something
esle...darnit I cant think of the name...lemme see if I can remember..
Only thing about pacific fighters are the engine sounds...they suck

It's b/c the AI flys perfectly stright isn't it? Anyways, keep messing around with PF
and look into get forgotten battle and AEP (it dubles as an add on to those) The
siries is awsome in my oppinion.
