I'm not talking about what they COULD do, i'm talking about what they did- if we're
talking about possibilities, Toni, Totti & Co. should score 6 times per game. Since
they're sucking, they aren't. After all you have to judge from what you see, not from what
you SAW.

Btw- when i said "we deserved to go home", i meant that we can't consider our team strong
if we're going to make such ugly game vs weak teams. I'm sorry for considering Australia
weak but that's what it is. Problem here is: soccer is italy's national sport, not
australia's! I'll be glad of that result the day we can tie a football game with Australia.
As of now, we should be predominant in what is our national sport. We're not.

Timmy Cahill should buried Italy with that header. Perhaps not 1000% chance, but
Tim scored 17 similiar goals in his two Everton's seasons.

Anyways, congrats to Australia but if Italy didn't deserve to win, neither did Australia.

australia has 4 codes of football, so calling it just football is confusing as hell.
soccer, rugby league, rugby union and afl are all refered to as football over here.so yeah

I love it how the old Italian guy says their team is one of the best this year (if you
watched it on SBS).

Being italian myself, i can say that we're not playing good at all... but as usual, italy
tends to suck vs small teams and do better vs his historical enemies.

What pissed me off more is that everybody here was completely sure about italy's
victory... if the last guy didn't dive we deserved to go home.

I dont think it was a Red Card (I watched the whole match) or it was a penalty.

I think its Ausies fult for loosing.

1) They had a wrong tactic. They were trying to exust Itallians out by going into
15:15 min edited time if the score was a tie. And 10 vs 11 hell its exusting as hell.
You could easily tell Italians were on their last breath.

2) 10 vs 11..... it should have bin a win for Ausies no matter what.

3) Fate is a huge thing... before the match even started I was going to say that Italy
would win by fate. Even after that Red Card, it was a very hard thing to believe in
to. But I was sure Italy would still grab victory.

4) Extreamly well played. Good Job to both teams. That Aussies sub at 81s min was
WAY TO LATE. He sure brought some spirit back... but hell it was supposed to be
earlier. MUCH EARLIER. 70th minute i'll say.

Both red card & penalty = total bullshit.

I wonder who will ref. the final game. Probably they need to make some last minute
call-up for only one ref. from amateur league @ Greenland. :P All refs are crap so far.
But as former ref Im available :) Sepp just call ;D
