ok man see, when you change the nationality of your sailors it means they can
handle new ships of that nation, first convert one in a BO then hit SHP botton to
select the first ship of that nation, since you selected it you cannnow buy it in the
nation harbor. now go to that harbor and buy a that new ship and get all your
sailors ther. now the armament sailors can handdle guns and torps, the BO is the
captaian, support repairs ship and special will be pilot for scouters and other planes
in the future, mean while it is useless, but train him anyway. now, you should have 4
arm sailors, 2 for guns and 2 for torps, later on game the arm sailors will become
gunners and later hvy gunners or AA gunners, i suggest that the ones that were in
torp slots convert them to AA gunners and get rid of the torps ( that when you get a
cl, dont do it now) and by that time you will have a rokiee pilot for your scouter and
a good AA coverage and guns. if you selected japs then dont get AA gunners get
hvy torpers. and if you didnt select germans then dicide if you want reload or
accuarancy cause the germans are the only ones that have both in one. :) hope you
understand all now.

depends, best for range is HE, best for point blank is AP. Best for show is FC.

To find out how much cash you have, look in the lower right corner.

When you transition from neutral to nationality, it sorta bankrupts you. Make sure
you have at least 40k when you transition.

To switch nationality, select a lvl 12 sailor and there should be a cls button under his
picture. Click on it and select Bridge Operator.

The BO can only operate from the FCS slot blah blah blah

Select a nationality for the BO and after that you should change the sailors to the
same nationality as the BO.

Sell your neutral ship and go to the nationality harbor of the one you chose for your
BO.

You might want to lvl up to lvl14 first but it doesnt matter

Buy a nationality ship and there you go
