  • Can't Log in to the Navy Field Server?

Greetings everyone!
I am a new player and I just signed on to Navy Field today.

I am trying to log on, after my Name (I.D) and Password was entered.(E-mail was already verifyed too.)
So I click on the green Join button, and it changes to a red cancel button. I sit for bout 3 to 4 minutes (no progress bar) and then simply says "Logon time is over, plese try again".

With no technical help, or "Read me" in the package, are there any Ports that must be opend to my machine? I am sitting behind a Router, so if thats the case where can I find the port numbers for forwarding my router traffic?

I also see that some other people are having this technical "issue", yet the new forums does not show any threads on this subject when I do a search for this sort of topic. Perhaps this would be a good idea to put the sticky on what ports are needed to be opend.

If the answer is to actualy "turn off the firewall", then I will uninstall this, as thats not an actual answer.

Lastly to ensure that I might have to creat a NEW account, after I have created an account here at the website.. So do I need to make yet ANOTHER account from within the game? And if so whats that new link? The one that the game pulls up is in some asian script, and the URL is dead..

Any help to this matter would be MOST appreciative!

and you shuoldnt need to turn off anti virus stuff for this game only open firewall for this game so there net code must be screwed

i have same problem cant logg in i made 10 accuonts and still no go i hit join and its not gonna let me in

Ill try that see if it works, its just That I dont use norton as my firewall/antivirus.

Ok, this is the answer to my problem of not being able to LOG IN.

I obtained my copy of Navy Field at Fileplanet.com they are giving out version nf1083.exe, I then downloaded the patch from Navy Fields website, for version Patch1093.zip.

This is where the problem is at. Once I downloaded the NF1093.exe from Navy Field, everything worked out fine.

Thanks for your help, and also just for those of you NOT using the Windows firewall. The game works for me when I turn the Nortons Antivirus>Internet worm protection OFF. I do this by selecting the Internet Worm Protection tab, and then UNCHECKING the feature. When I click on OK, a 2nd window pops up asking for how long this should happen, I choose till the next time that I reboot.

Hello, and welcome to Navy Field.


That bug you are experimenting happens when the NF severs are down(arent working) or when your internet connection is dead.

Also remember that a firewall software may block Navy Field's internet connection so be sure that it isnt.

AND last but not least, if you have a router... you can experiment some problems, try to connect directly and check if that isnt whats causing the bug.
