Put dual 8"D on an Edin and high angle away! I notice that the high angling 8" kills
crews very often, so that's another plus.

A couple ships you can use with HA are the Dido/Sirius with 5.25" or the County or
Surrey with 8" doubles. But these max out at 70*, somewhat lower than the US.
As far as I know, those are really the only HA options, but I could be wrong.
