How many new guys get stuck with a poor sailor and not know until they played for months..well we should be able to improve the ability also....like missions...Sailors should be more equal in the begining and you improve the through play....

They are randomized now, again, not standardized 14 potential.

I was thinking they all start at 10/10/10...or whatever anad you make them into the sailor by playing more..and doing better
