We should have more types of sailors ie..2nd rest 1st rst...Cheif Rest..ect..ect..that way play more get better playera..I hate the Mindless Missions....

Diff. nations do have higher lvl restore/repair and such.

Let be more clear....
Instead of just having 2nd &1st Restorer or whatever have more types ie Chief Restorer ..ect..ect..
