errr wow stupid question baltimore is the pwnzor with a 4 bar/gold crew and is still
the pwnzor use mk14 L with light ammo

And one thing. If you decide to use it, go for lover level cas, avoid yorks+pcl+pca. Yorks
are tough for me even when they are 10 levels below me. They have range, damage, spread.
You should go for 3bar hippers, myokos, etc.

baltimore its one of these ships that turns better with time.

my spread now its good ( vetted lvl 62 gunners ) but still dont block ( 1800 acc now )

anyways it SUCKS heavily with the armor. I can put the double on a Portland... but well,
nice all-around ship.

just try to avoid uber lvl farming CA's =.=, u should be ableto fight with any other
newbie CA and mostly win..

but yea, u HAVE TO buy it. its better being owned by another high lvl CA than wait for an
alaska and get HEAVILY OWNED by any other BB.
