Patch 1.144:

1. Battle Win/Loss record feature though Radioman(My stats) has been fixed.

2. Fixed Armor price return for unique ship rental.

3. On the Diplomacy window, the position of "white" guide line has been changed.

4. On the Diplomacy window, war deceleration message has been changed for the
defensive side.

5. Fixed "crash to desktop" for turning off Aircraft sound.

6. Fixed NPC ship flag display for the defensive side.

7. The tax and discounts are not effective during HA test time.
(The tax policy is currently under careful thought at this moment)

8. Fixed Historical Mission #3 bug.
