We really need a quote function on this forum...oh well.
Anyway, just to clarify one thing, the original post was pretty much in jest...but anyway =-)

Quite possibly. I'm close to Lv50 on my Edin route BO and just hit Lv40 on my York route BO. Both have spent most of their careers in the Sirius, because to be honest, I really do like that boat. I will obviously continue to move them along their routes, buying the ships that come a long and maybe I'll find a BC/BB that I actually like, maybe not. But I'm not all that bothered.

While this is very true, it isn't a major problem as it has allowed me to train up the following: 2x Gunners (who are just hitting Lv38 and were originally to replace my 9/10 9/9 stat Lv47 Gunners! But since those guys have been with me since the beginning, I still use them) 3x Restorers 3x Repairers 2x Engineers 3x Pilots (currently, with another 3 neutrals waiting for their turn) 1x BO (powerleveling for CV Route and just hitting Lv20) 1x 2nd Seaman (I also plan on raising up another at some point).

True, but it's also more fun (IMO) sinking a load of ships whether they are DD or CL in one game than sinking maybe 2 if you are lucky in a CL/CA/BB game even if the XP is less.

Ahh, but I don't armour whore and haven't since my original Q days. Plus, DD/CL games have their own strategy just the same as the bigger ships...plus as I stated earlier, I find CA/CA games to be just a bit boring and slow.
>>4, To grow... you really need to experiance what the game has to offer... amazingly, >>theres more to it all than just armour whoring your slow ass little bath tub up and >>grappling it to the side of some unfortunate little sod and humping him to death...
Once again, the assumption that I armour whore...I don't. I also don't go for broadside to broadside close range combat as much as I used to. Funnily enough, good gunners, with the 6"/45 L and Normal Shells can quite easily range most CL1's and some CL2's. With Light Shells, I can quite comfortably play tag with an MPro as long as it isn't a stern chase.
>>5, Big boys play in big boats... do you want to be a big boy? :p
Hehe...

Sirius user who only has 2.5" of belt =-)
