Ship stuck on land

Ok, i suppose everyone here has at least once beached his/her ships on the pieces of land in a battle map.
Once during a convoy Ops battle, a friendly DD beached in the middle of a piece of land. Middle.. not the coasts. Looks as if it were a museum piece.
Did not take a screenshot though.

Yea, I've seen that before. Most of the ship was on the land, and not getting hurt. Sometimes in regular battles, if you crash into land, you can't even back out, which is doing damage and causing you to die.
