The problem is that any need to comfirm the email to use the forums good
Goto my account section , press over edit personal info.. , and press on comfirm email send, and comfirm
This run good for me

make sure you are logged in. Every one can post on the tech. support forum, but you have to log in for posting/making topics on the other forums
