I am very sorry about the bug situation on Harbor Assault (for NY & London
harbors).

I have reported this exploit/bug to our developers and fixed is scheduled,

Unfortunately this cannot be fixed on this week's update, as we could not schedule
client rebuild in time. Until the bug is fixed, Please do not exploit this bug during
Harbor Assault.

For those who have been screwed by this bug (the leaders of fleets who owned
London and New York harbor last week), please contact me via support ticket.
I cannot give your harbors back (really sorry, but couldn't be done in the system) But
I will compensate your loses. (Harbor investment)

Again, Please do not exploit this bug during HA, and all of you are welcome to report
those who exploit it.
