2. Harbor's daily production, defense investment is limited to 1 million credits per
day.

3. HA room enter time has changed.
- Breakthrough: room is closed after 2 minutes. The battle begins after 5 minutes.
- Conquering Battle: room is closed after 5 minutes. The battle begins after 5
minutes.
